THE CITY COUNCIL OF EL RÀFOL D’ALMÚNIA BETS ON RENEWABLE ENERGY

THE CITY COUNCIL OF EL RÀFOL D’ALMÚNIA BETS ON RENEWABLE ENERGY

| 8 November, 2017

The City Council of El Ràfol d’Almúnia is committed to renewable energy in the contracting of electricity supply for its facilities

Although this option is slightly more expensive, 100% renewable energy is guaranteed.

The City Council of El Ràfol d’Almúnia has opted for renewable energy in the contracting of electricity supply for buildings and municipal facilities. The decision was made after studying the different rates presented by the marketing company through the Central de Contratación of the Alicante Provincial Council.

This city council is committed to renewable energies and innovation in its aim to contribute to improving the environmental quality of our environment and reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. This option is very interesting because it provides added value with a negligible increase in the final price. In this sense, the tariff chosen for the electrical supply of its buildings, of the four proposed, is that which offers 100% renewable energy with guarantee of origin, which means a practically zero difference of only € 76.49 per year.
